Manchester Pride 2005

Manchester Pride is a ten day festival to celebrate Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender life with an exiting programme of curtural, community, heritage, debating as well as no-stop partying in the gay village over the Bank Holiday weekend.

The Manchester Pride 2005 parade was a colourful carnival of floats representing community groups, organisations and businesses winding its way through Manchester city centre. Manchester City Council sponsored the biggest EVER parade entry with Manchester Pride. Look out for a 40ft high frock that is 40 ft long with 100 people as part of it.
